It does not describe our duties to clients, which are governed by the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct and are considerably stricter than anything below. Esta política en español.
Information you give us
If you submit the case review form, you provide your name, phone number, the type of incident, and the location.
If you use the chat on this site, what you type there, including your name, your phone number and the conversation itself, is sent to us so we can follow up with you.
Form and chat messages reach us by email through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. When you call our office, your call may first be answered by an answering service that takes your name, your number and a short message for us. If you email us or message us on social media, we receive whatever you choose to include.
Please do not send confidential details of your case through the form or the chat before we have agreed to represent you.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamps, for security and reliability.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking tools, and it does not store anything in your browser. Our fonts and images are served from our own site, so viewing a page does not send your information to Google or any other outside company. Links to other sites, such as Instagram or Google Maps, connect you to those companies only if you click them.
How we use it
To respond to you, to evaluate whether we can help with your matter, to run a conflicts check, and to keep the site working and secure. That is all.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
When we share it
Only with service providers who operate the site and our communications on our behalf and are obliged to protect it; when you ask us to; or when the law or a court requires it.
No attorney-client relationship from this website
Contacting us through this site, by phone, or by email does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship begins only when we both sign a written representation agreement. Until then, information you send may not be protected as confidential, and we may already represent someone with interests adverse to yours.
Do not rely on this website to protect a legal deadline. Texas injury claims have strict deadlines, and some claims involving government entities require written notice in as little as 90 days. If your deadline is close, call 713-600-6233.
Phone calls
If you give us your phone number, we will use it to call you back about your inquiry. We do not add you to marketing lists.
Your choices
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and residents of some other states have comparable rights. Call us at 713-600-6233 and we will respond as the law requires.
Note that where information has become part of a client file, our professional and ethical obligations to retain it may override a deletion request.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We take reasonable measures to protect information submitted here, but no website or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
